Patients will be afforded confidential, considerate, and respectful care at all times with recognition of their personal dignity. Patients have the right to seek a second opinion regarding their treatment

COG however, will not accept any aggressive or non-compliant behaviour displayed by patients which is directed toward any COG staff member, clinician or any other person on our premises. If non-compliant behaviour continues, Canberrra Orthopaedic Group may decide to refuse or discontinue treatment, or request police intervention.
